What UDS is doing
UDS in the UK identifies with and supports the work of Uganda Development Services, Uganda.
It also runs Ufund Services through which donors in the UK send funds that they have raised themselves to Uganda. These are then distributed to projects of their own choosing in Uganda, which they wish to support.

To realise our mission to contribute to the socio-economic development of communities, UDS has set up a Multipurpose Community Telecentre in Kamuli.
A Telecentre is Community Centre where the public can access information and communications. UDS is part of a world-wide group pioneering the use of Telecentres for development. Their Executive Director, Rita Epodoi, took part in this group's discussions at a UN World Summit on Information & Communication in Tunis, November 2005.
